FSClassifier is a python-based TMVA tool that allows to perform the separation of different final states with the Boosted Decision Trees. With the FSClassifier it is possible to use any user-defined event topology and perform the full-chain BDT analysis from the automatic generation of kinematic final state observables to the creation of the ROC-curves. FSClassifier can be also used to perform the statistical and correlation tests of chosen observables.
